For more than 30 years, BMP controls the production of technical and industrial parts, aspect part, bottling in small and large series. Within our 1000m² production workshop, we have the top-of-the-art machinery : blow molding machines with peripheral devices, robots with 6 axes, measuring and control devices, etc.
Furthermore, the company owns a 5000m² warehouse, making us able to asnwer at each request and of being very reactive.

We transform all types of plastics by blow molding, which makes us able to product in small and large series with capacity between 20 ml and 100 L.
Blow Molding Process
PIECES FROM 20 ML TO 100 L
The blow molding process is used to produce hollow items with simple or complex shapes.
The production begins with the extrusion of a tube called ‘’paraison’’ on which a mold is closed, and air is injected by needles. Then, the plastic is pressed against the faces of the mold which is cooled quickly after. Finally, we demold the industrial part and remove the excess material.
The blow molding process allows us to produce small and large pieces and is suitable for annual quantities between 1 000 and 2 000 pieces.

Production
Our 1000m² factory is perfectly suited to all requests and is stuffed with top-of-the-art equipments, controled by an efficient and trained staff.
In addition to our 13 extrusion blow molding machines (including 4 with accumulation heads and 9 bottlers), we benefit from 2 6-axis robots and a set of measurement and control means.The mechanical workshop allows us to carry out regular maintenance on our machine park.
